ABOUT  COLLEGE  LIBRARY :

The DNSS college Library Plays an important role in the process of  enhancement of teaching -learning , skills and brings out new ideas among the reders . The DNSS college provided bothe the course B.Ed and D.El.Ed . The Library which has an open access system is committed to using technology in efficient and innovative  ways.

The Libarry has an enviable collection of text  books, references books, e-books, e- journals , National policies/ documents  magazines and newspapers covering all parameters in the fields  of  "Education" as well as on Teacher Training Programme  and books of general interest.

The DNSS college Library has adopted automation of library using Integrtated Library Management System (ILMS) Koha in 2018 (Version 3.22.10), which was replaced in the year 2024 by version 22.11.17 of the Koha server that was migrated to cloud and made the ILMS fully automated. All the documents in Library can be scrached online remotely through the online public access catalogue (OPAC) link to  WEB -OPAC . The WEB-OPAC can also be accessible through M-OPAC to Search the Library books over smart  phones from any where.

In the context of the DNSS college we subscribed e-resource services of DELNET (Developing Library Network) presently use 2024.
